Postage and packing costs are £2 per item, 3 or more items are delivered FREE. We endeavour to send out our DVDs within 3 working days by Royal Mail First Class post. If you have not received your DVD within 7-10 working days please contact us at email@example.com
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with DVDs or Downloads purchased from us, please contact us and let us know why. We will do all we can to put this right!
Our DVD Policy is as follows:
If you bought the wrong product - you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will issue a full refund (via paypal) for the price you paid for the item. (Please note: postage will not be refunded).
If your DVD appears to be faulty, please try it on another DVD player or computer to check that it is the DVD at fault.
If the DVD is definitely faulty, please return the DVD to us, (What’s The Sign For...?, 20 Hovingham Drive, Guisborough, TS14 6GD) with a note requesting either a replacement DVD or refund. Please remember to add your name and address to the request!
Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
